BALTIMORE -- A former teacher accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy has pleaded guilty.
He was charged with sexual solicitation of a minor and three counts of sexual offense.
Dick was sentenced to 40 years in prison but will only have to serve eight. After that, he'll be on probation for five years and will have to register as a sex offender for life.
Dick taught physical education at Fallston Middle School in Harford County.
