A Superior Court grand jury has indicted a former Franklin High School teacher on a charge of raping a 14-year-old female student.
On one occasion, she said Massey took her to his former apartment on Mark Drive in Milford, while his pregnant wife was out, and forced her to perform oral sex on him, according to police.
Massey is also accused of raising the girl's failing math grade after the oral sex, police say.
