Teacher set for court date; Molestation suspect worked for charter school

Bobby W. Kennedy Jr., a 26-year-old Queen Creek resident, is charged with two counts of sexual molestation and one count of sexual abuse in connection with incidents that occurred at the Apache Junction charter school.
